Here’s how it works:

1. Contact our Friendly Sales Team

The first step is to speak with one of our expert and accessible sales representatives. They will take the time to understand your company’s needs and recommend whether an Employer of Record (EOR) is the best choice for you. If we believe that Agility EOR is a good fit for your organization, we’ll walk you through the benefits.

 

2. Agree on Terms

When you are ready to proceed, we will discuss and agree on the terms and conditions. Transparency is crucial to us; thus, everything will be fully stated from the beginning. You will find our pricing of one, fixed monthly cost without additional extras, easy to understand.

3. Access to the Global Employment Hub

After the terms have been agreed upon, you will supply us with your initial ‘superuser’ (main point of contact) information. We will provide them initial access to our Global Employment Hub, which allows them to manage all of your personnel in one place. Your ‘superuser’ can add other members of the team they would like to give access the Global Employment Hub, including other ‘superusers’.

4. Onboarding Your New Employee

When you’re ready to onboard a new employee, simply navigate to the Global Employment Hub and enter their information. Depending on the country of employment, you can have a draft copy of the employee’s contract within as little as one hour.

Work with us to tailor the contract to meet your company’s needs as well as the expectations of the employees. Once you are satisfied with the contract, we will email it to the employee for review and signature.

 

5. Personalized Support for Your Employees

Once the contract is completed, our team will contact your employee to take them through vital processes such as expenses claims, vacation scheduling, and other critical areas. We allow the employee choose how they want to communicate, whether through email or phone/video call.

6. Easy Monthly Payroll

From the first to the eighth of each month, you’ll be able to notify us via the Global Employment Hub of any changes to your employee’s income, such as bonuses, expenses, or adjustments. If nothing changes, everything will continue as before.

We will then send you an invoice for the whole employment cost, which includes salary, bonuses, expenditures, and any statutory costs, in addition to our monthly service fee. You settle the invoice, and we will pay the employee at the end of the month, minus any applicable taxes.

We also handle all statutory employer and employee costs, ensuring that everything is reported to the appropriate authorities, so you do not have to worry.

7. Ongoing Support

Throughout the process, from onboarding to day-to-day management, our global support team and your dedicated account manager are ready to answer questions, provide direction, and ensure that everything works smoothly.
