1. Contact our Friendly Sales Team
First, have a no-obligation chat with one of the experts on our sales team. They will take the time to understand your company’s needs and can explore whether an Employer of Record (EOR) solution is the best choice for you. If it is, and we believe that Agility EOR is a good fit for your organization, we’ll walk you through the benefits.
2. Agree Terms
When you are ready to go ahead, we will present our terms of business and talk them through with you. Transparency is our guiding principle; everything will be clearly itemised under one, fixed monthly cost without additional extras. Easy to understand – and budget for.
3. Access to the Global Employment Hub
After you have agreed terms, give us the contact details for the person who will be your company’s main point of contact, or ‘superuser’. We will give them secure access to our Global Employment Hub, which will allow them to manage all your personnel working via our EOR contracts. Your ‘superuser’ can later add other members of the team who need to access the Global Employment Hub, including other ‘superusers’.
4. Onboarding Your New Employee
When you’re ready to onboard a new employee, simply navigate to the Global Employment Hub and enter their information. Depending on the country of employment, you can have a draft copy of the employee’s contract within as little as one hour.
We’ll work with you to tailor the contract to your company’s needs as well as the expectations of the employees. Once you are happy with the contract, we will email it to the employee for review and signature.
5. Personalized Support for Your Employees
Once the contract is completed, our team will contact your employee to take them through key processes such as expenses claims and vacation scheduling. Your employee is free to choose how they want to communicate, whether through email or phone/video call.
6. Easy Monthly Payroll
From the first to the eighth of each month, you’ll be able to notify us via the Global Employment Hub of any changes to your employee’s income, such as bonuses, expenses, or adjustments. If nothing changes, their payroll will continue as before.
We will send you a single invoice for the total employment cost, which includes salary, bonuses, expenditures, and our monthly service fee. You settle the invoice, and we will pay the employee at the end of the month, minus any applicable taxes.
We also handle all statutory employer and employee costs, ensuring that everything is reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. Ongoing Support
Throughout the process, from onboarding to day-to-day management, our global support team and your dedicated account manager are ready to answer questions, provide advice, and ensure that everything works smoothly.
